Our Newsletters
We publish a newsletter three times a year (Winter, Spring and Summer) for our members. Our newsletters contain articles by members or papers presented by scholars at our annual Symposiums. Newsletters also carry advanced notice of forthcoming conferences and major events organised by the Society and its Chapters.
In addition, the newsletters include Chapter reports and summaries of the annual Symposium, Poster Sessions and Scholars' Colloquium.
We have available online copies of the first six volumes of the SSEA Newsletter. These are in PDF format, and the first four newsletters are set in a single file of 142 pages, whilst volumes 5 and 6 are in a second file of 124 pages. It is therefore possible to see how the Society was formed and shaped in its early days through reading through these files. We hope that this newsletter archive will be of use to scholars and members like, and is therefore freely available for all from clicking on these links.
